Disney Cruise Line
CRUISES ON THE MAGIC, WONDER, FANTASY, DREAM and Treasure - 24
We love the ocean! Disney provides the best ocean-cruising experiences for our family anywhere. We have sailed on the Disney Magic nine times, including a Baltic cruise in 2008, two Mediterranean cruises in 2007 and 2013, and eight cruises in the Eastern and Western Caribbean. We have sailed on the Disney Wonder four times—once on an Eastern Caribbean cruise in 2002, twice on DVC Members-Only cruises, and once on an Alaska cruise in 2015. In November 2021, we sailed on the Disney Fantasy for a Very Merrytime Christmas cruise. In May 2022, we did back-to-back cruises on the Fantasy to the Eastern and Western Caribbean. In January 2023, we sailed on the Fantasy to Tortola and Puerto Rico. It was an incredible trip! In September 2023, we did another back-to-back cruise. The first week took us to Northern European cities including Bergen, Copenhagen, Oslo, Stavanger, and Loch Lomond. Our second week was a British Isles cruise, taking us to Southampton, Belfast, Liverpool, Greenock, Cork, and Portland, England. From April 13–20, we combined a Disney World vacation with a Disney Fantasy cruise to the Western Caribbean, including stops at Tortola, Virgin Gorda, and St. John. Seeing the world through our two grandkids' eyes was one of the most precious experiences of our lives. Our latest cruise, in October–November 2024, was a spectacular 13-night Transatlantic crossing on the Disney Dream. Then, in January 2025, we returned to the Eastern Caribbean, enjoying the pure Disney experience in Concierge luxury. Our most recent adventure was a back-to-back Southern Caribbean cruise from San Juan, with stops in Aruba, Curaçao, Antigua, St. Kitts, Lighthouse Point, and Castaway Cay. And after all these years, we still love the ocean—and we still love seeing where Disney will take us next.

Disney Properties
DISNEY THEME PARKS - 60 PLUS
At this point, we've completely lost count of how many times we've stayed on Disney property—and honestly, we're perfectly happy about it! Disney has become much more than a vacation destination for us. It is a place where we relax, laugh, eat far too much, play golf, make memories, and most importantly, spend time with family. We've traveled to Hong Kong twice, combining visits to Hong Kong Disneyland with exploring the incredible city of Hong Kong. In 2019, Mimi and I decided to take the Disney experience to another level. We invited our entire family to join us at Disney's Aulani Resort on the island of Oahu, Hawaii, for a wonderful week of sightseeing, golf, relaxation, and family time. Aulani quickly became one of those places where you start thinking, “How soon can we come back?” In October 2020, we returned to Florida and stayed at Disney World in the Treehouse Villas at Saratoga Springs Resort. At the time, we were keeping track of our Disney-property stays and proudly called it number twenty-four. By February 2021, we were up to number twenty-five, spending ten wonderful days between Disney's Contemporary Resort and the Grand Floridian. Of course, we can't talk about Disney World without talking about the parks. And don't even ask us to pick a favorite! EPCOT, Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, and Disney's Hollywood Studios each have something completely different that we love. We've tried to choose a favorite, but it's impossible. We love them all for different reasons. And then there is Disney Springs—because apparently a relaxing day of Disney golf isn't complete without shopping, dinner, and trying not to lose a dozen of our favorite golf balls along the way! In December 2022, we returned to Aulani for ten days of Hawaiian Disney magic. Then came January 2023, when we spent two days at Disney World getting ready for our week-long voyage aboard the Disney Fantasy. After our cruise, we returned to Saratoga Springs and spent more than two weeks immersed in everything Disney World has to offer. At this point, we've stopped counting. And that's just fine with us. There is something wonderfully familiar about arriving at a Disney resort, dropping our bags, and knowing that for the next few days—or weeks—we don't have to worry about much of anything except where we're going to eat, which park we're visiting, when we're playing golf, and what Disney adventure comes next. We don't just visit Disney. We keep coming back.
